I have been thinking a lot lately about what direction my finger-tapping should be headed in, and what kind of purpose it should serve. Over the past nine months I’ve had this feeling that I’ve been sharing stories about running (which, clearly I have) but that I’m missing the rest of the story. In my experience, running is not just about putting one foot in front of the other for a certain desirable distance. Running has been only one part of a larger effort to improve my lifestyle, with the end goal of improving my overall health and wellness.
So, I’ve decided to share the rest with you as well. No – this isn’t turning into a cooking blog (despite the recent postings), but it will cover a lot more than just running. And I’ve updated my About page so we’re all coordinated.
